We are committed to providing the highest quality endodontic care at a reasonable cost to our patients. The fee for treatment depends on the complexity of the case and the specific tooth involved. Molars and previously treated teeth often require more extensive care and may be associated with higher fees.
We bill to most PPO dental insurance plans. While many PPO policies provide coverage for root canal therapy, the amount covered can vary depending on several factors, incluyendo:
- Your specific plan
- Annual maximums and deductibles
- Whether your plan considers our office in-network or out-of-network
- The insurance company’s allowable fees for a given procedure
If your plan is in-network, we will provide an estimate of your portion and collect that amount at the time of treatment. Regardless of network status, we are happy to file your dental insurance claim as a courtesy.
If your insurance pays more than estimated, we will promptly issue you a refund. If a balance remains after insurance payment, a statement will be sent to you, and payment will be due upon receipt.
