Not only was the staff amiable, Dr. Merchant took the time to show me many pictures of my tooth and explained the process of my root canal. I felt that as a patient I truly mattered. My nerves were shot walking in with the word ROOT CANAL. I am here to share that this experience was amazing! From beginning to end. Worth every penny! Level pain 0-1, my nerves were the worst part of experience. Once I realized Dr was a pro I relaxed. He came in worked on me and done so fast. I’m grateful. NO pain people. Dr was very confident thus making me feel at ease. Thank you all for such new way of thinking when it comes to dental work.

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Steven Merchant for his services after discovering that a root canal previously done by another endodontist had failed, causing 2 teeth to develop an infection. So let's say I was not a happy girl when this came to light but even more I am a girl who is terrified of dental work due to a poor experience years ago. With that said, I was beyond anxious to seek Dr. Merchant's help but I had to take care of the issue. After seeing Dr. Merchant for both consultation and appointment for services, I feel he is very skilled and trustworthy, he made it so easy. I am very confident in saying that he is the TOP in his field. He and his staff took excellent care of me. Very Grateful.

What a great experience I had at Merchant Endodontics! DRS. Kimberly and Steven Merchant are outstanding. They went out of their way to "fit me in" and did an emergency root canal, giving me near immediate relief from significant pain. todo el personal, including the front office, and especially the Dental Assistants made me very comfortable. This is a extremely caring, clean practice, with all the latest equipment. I would be happy to recommend my friends to the Merchant practice. Many thanks to everyone!
