The only improvement that I can think of is that when I came back for part two of my root canal I spent two hours in the chair. I don't know if that is how long it usually takes or if it was because he was working on two patients at once. The long way Made it very uncomfortable for me because of my disability which makes it extremely hard to sit. I know, sounds crazy. On the positive side though, I had never had a root canal and didn't know what to expect. It was a breeze. What a surprise that was.

I was very impressed with the staffing and equipment. The office was very clean. I initially went in to have a cracked tooth looked at and ended up getting a root canal done the same day. I have been in a lot of pain for about a week. From what I was told Root canals do not happen the same day, however Dr. Merchant was excited to get it done same day. He saw how much pain I was dealing with. The Dr. and staff was quick and efficient. The following day I received a follow up call from Kelsie to see how I was doing. This experience has exceeded my expectations from a dental office. Thank you Merchant Endodontists for an awesome experience.

I needed a root canal and with fairly short notice they fit me in. I ended up having a great experience, as great as you can have at the dentists office! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work but Dr. Merchant and his staff were exceptional. I felt calm and relaxed from start to finish and I didn’t feel a thing throughout the entire procedure. Will definitely recommend.

I had talked with the office about my anxiety pertaining to a root canal and the experience I had had about 8 months prior. Dr. Merchant was very reassuring and told me that he would take extra care to explain the procedure as it went along. The procedure went very smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was done. The follow up with my regular dentist went well and he was very complimentary of the communication from Dr. Merchant and the preparation for the next step in getting the tooth ready for the crown. The staff was very good in checking in with me the day after.
